  • Hang garment on a plastic hanger (never metal).
  • Close the creasing plates and select steam level.
  • Keep the steamer moving from top to bottom.
  • Don’t hold over one spot for more than a few seconds to avoid damage.
  • Never steam clothes while wearing them.
  • Place garment on a flat, steam-safe surface.
  • Close the creasing plates and select steam level or no steam.
  • Glide across fabric for ironing, or place fabric between plates for creasing (collars, pleats, lapels).
  • Note: Steam will auto-pause after 8 seconds if plates are locked shut, preventing over-steaming.
  • Tank may be empty — refill with distilled water.
  • It may have shut off automatically after 12 minutes — restart by pressing the power button and wait up to 40 seconds after powering on to reheat.
  • Turn off, unplug, and place on the resting pad until cool.
  • When cooled, empty the tank after each use to avoid standing water. DO NOT attempt to empty the tank while the unit is hot.
  • Wipe exterior with a soft, damp cloth (no abrasives).
  • Store in a cool, dry place with cord loosely wrapped.
  • Always test on a small, hidden area of the garment first to ensure the material tolerates the selected steam level.
  • Use the Normal steam (blue light) setting for lighter fabrics, and MAX steam (white light) for thicker fabrics.
  • Do not use on fabrics that may be damaged by heat or moisture, such as silk, suede, leather, wax-coated materials, or certain delicate synthetics.
  • Never steam clothes while wearing them — hot steam can cause burns.
