Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States — no minimum required. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

We ship to select international countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order using discounted carrier rates. Delivery times for international orders are typically 7–10 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shiblyferdows@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
